Accommodates an Rv, Motorhome or 5th wheel up to 42 feet in length maximum.

All utility connections are at the space.  Rental agreement includes water, sewer and garbage.                                                         

Tenant is responsible for electricity billed through PGE.                                                                                                                                  

 While the park does not provide Wifi, Comcast cable-high speed internet is available at the space, which is optional at tenants expense if they choose it.  

**This space may accommodate up to 2 standard sized personal vehicles in the parking space, next to the Rv space.  

**This space does accommodate slide outs.  **Large or customized personal vehicles parked in the personal parking space may prevent the use of slide outs in some situations, and 2 vehicles may not fit in the space at the same time if one or both are larger or customized.  The prospective tenants should view the space and information to confirm their vehicles will fit properly in the space.

Length: 42 feet long approximately.  ( best fit is a 41 ft or shorter length RV ~ total length = rear bumper to front of hitch)
