This is a remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home located in the beautiful city of Yucaipa. The following appliances are provided for your convenience: gas oven range, washer and dryer hookups for a stackable set, and a ductless mini-split HVAC unit. The home has an open layout in the living room and kitchen. The master bedroom includes lots of storage.
We have a community clubhouse and pool for you and your guests to enjoy, as well as a community newsletter and various activities throughout the year.
We are located in a senior park, walking distance to 7th Street Park, and conveniently located within 2 miles of shopping and dining. Though Aladdin is a senior park, we are able to welcome individuals under the age of 55 with certain restrictions, within the parameters of Public Law 104-76. We allow up to 2 pets with a refundable $300.00 pet deposit. Tenant pays all utilities which include: gas, water, electric, sewer, trash, and 2 monthly paramedic taxes that total $4.34.
Refundable security deposit due at signing, and first month's rent due at move-in. We require a 6 month lease agreement.
