We are located in a senior park, walking distance to 7th Street Park, and conveniently located within 2 miles of shopping and dining. Though Aladdin is a senior park, we are able to welcome individuals under the age of 55 with certain restrictions, within the parameters of Public Law 104-76. We allow up to 2 small pets (with some breed restrictions) with a refundable $300.00 pet deposit. Tenant pays all utilities which include: gas, water, electric, sewer, trash, and 2 monthly paramedic taxes that total $4.34.

Refundable security deposit due at signing, and first month's rent due at move-in. We require a 6 month lease agreement.
