Application Fee: $41.00 per person over the age of 21 staying in the home.
Utility Caps are based on size of the home:
1x1-$175.00 a month
2x2-$200.00 a month
3x2 or larger-$300-500 a month.
Cleaning fees may apply at move out for excessive cleaning; receipts will be provided to tenant
