<p>No animals of any kind shall be kept or harbored in the leased premises, except what is expressly permitted in writing by the Lessor, and such consent, if given, shall be revocable by the Lessor at any time. If pet is allowed, pet may not be tied to building and owner of animal must clean up after it/them weekly or lease shall be breached. Lessor retains the right to spot check the property. Pet must be kept in backyard or kennel while owners are gone.</p><p></p><p>A pet deposit in the amount of <strong>$300</strong> shall be due and payable on move-in. The pet deposit shall be refundable, without interest, at the discretion of the Lessor within sixty <strong>(60) days</strong> upon vacating the premises, providing Lessee’s pet/pets have caused no damage to the interior or exterior of the premises.</p><p></p><p>Additionally, a non-refundable pet fee of <strong>$30</strong> per pet per month shall be added to each month's rent. The type and number of pets will not increase from what is stated herein without prior written permission from Lessor.</p>
