No animals of any kind shall be kept or harbored in the leased premises, except what is expressly permitted in writing by the Lessor, and such consent, if given, shall be revocable by the Lessor at any time. If pet is allowed, pet may not be tied to building and owner of animal must clean up after it/them weekly or lease shall be breached. Lessor retains the right to spot check the property. Pet must be kept in backyard or kennel while owners are gone.A pet deposit in the amount of $300 shall be due and payable on move-in.
