Only applications of students, faculty and affiliates of the University of Denver will be accepted and proof is required. The Carousel features large 1-bedroom apartments, overlooking a central courtyard, in the heart of the University of Denver. The building offers on-site laundry, air conditioning and limited off-street parking is available. 2 pets are allowed, with a 65-lb weight limit each.

Carousel Apartments, 1905 S. York St, are on the DU campus, just east of the Ritchie Center. Convenient to classes and after-class entertainment, the Carousel is a few blocks to the light rail for easy downtown access.

Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): 1) Applicant has the right to provide Wheelhouse Apartments, Managed by Portus LLC with a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Wheelhouse Apartments with a PTSR, Wheelhouse Apartments is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Wheelhouse Apartments to access or use the PTSR.
