It has a copper covered roof and was originally built off the grid and is now hooked to the grid. Very light and airy. Five miles to hospital, and 12 miles to town. Great well and water storage. The two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment is on the lower level. W/s/t, solar power, electric and gas $40 per person. Dogs are ok with a $200 pet deposit, per pet. Four-wheel drive (or AWD) is required for winter driveway conditions. Tenants are responsible to haul the trash cans from the house down to the main road. More photos coming soon.

The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your drivers license. If you want to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside our office - just make sure to label payments with your name and the rental address. Once we have ALL applications, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
