Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your drivers license. After hours, utilize the drop box outside our office, but please label payments with your name and the rental address. Once we have ALL applications, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
