We allow one pet under 25 pounds (adult weight) with appropriate and approved paperwork. The refundable pet deposit is $300.00. The monthly pet fee is $30.00. The refundable security deposit on a two bedroom is $750.00. There is a monthly fee of $9.30 for RLL, the tenant is responsible for Renter's Insurance.
