2BR/2BA Basement

I’m renting out the basement of my home and looking for two people (ideally friends who know each other or a couple) to occupy the space. Target age range is 23-33. $1,250 plus utilities per person.

A little about me: I’m 29, currently getting my MBA at the University of Denver, so I’m usually gone Monday-Thursday. Fridays through Sundays are mostly homework and some work. I’m clean, quiet, and pretty low-key. I also have a friendly golden retriever, so you’d need to be okay with a dog.

Two separate living room areas

Main floor has the kitchen and dining room which are large open spaces

Plenty of space and privacy

I’m looking for roommates who are clean, respectful, and fairly quiet, similar vibe to me. Hobbies I’m into include skiing, golfing, working out, mountain biking, and road biking, so bonus points if we have some overlap there.
