Pet Policy: We will allow a maximum of two indoor spayed or neutered cats with a one time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 due upon move in. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs.

Apartments will not be held with a verbal agreement and all apartments are on a first come first serve basis. When you submit an application, it is time-stamped; this will determine "first come, first serve" as apartments are taken very quickly. It is our policy for applicants to view the apartment, then apply for the apartment. This avoids any confusion on how first come first serve is determined. Please read the Application Agreement for further details.

This apartment can be held with a completed application, photo ID, written income verification and $200.00 Deposit. Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum monthly income requirement of $4,035.00 (additional qualifications apply).
