Income Requirement: Gross monthly household income (all adults combined) must be at least 2.5 x Rent. This is relatively easy to attain since it's a combined requirement, not an individual one.

Credit Score Requirement: Each Adult (18+) must have a minimum Vantage Score of 620. Exceptions can be granted for young adult children (18-21), stay-at-home parents, and retirees.

Application Fee: Only $22 per Adult (18+). All Adults must complete their own applications. The application fee covers the Credit, Vantage Score, Criminal and Eviction screenings.
