Tenant may keep pets on the premises only with prior written approval from Landlord and subject to a pet fee. Tenant shall be responsible for all damages, odors, stains, or pest issues caused by pets. Tenant shall keep the premises in a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained condition and shall promptly notify Landlord of any maintenance issues or needed repairs. Tenant shall be responsible for damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to report issues in a timely manner. Tenant shall not make any alterations or modifications to the premises without prior written consent.
The premises shall be occupied only by the individuals listed in this lease and used solely as a private residence.
