• Background Check Made Easy: To ensure a safe and secure community for all our residents, we require a background check. We've partnered with AAOA (American Apartment Owners Association) to make this process quick and convenient.
• Credit Scores Considered: While we do look for credit scores of 600 and above, we also offer flexibility. If your credit score falls below 600, don't worry! You can still secure your dream home by opting for a larger security deposit.
• Move-In Costs: We require a minimum security deposit equivalent to one month's rent. Additionally, the first month's rent is due upon move-in.
• Pet-Friendly Environment: We believe that pets are an important part of the family.
