WE ACCEPT SECTION 8 VOUCHERS. This is a spacious and charming upstairs apartment located on a quiet street in the heart of Daytona Beach! It's minutes from the beaches, colleges, restaurants, downtown, and the river. The apartment has a classic charm, but was recently remodeled with new windows, floors, toilet, countertop, and more! It has a private screened-in front porch and a private rear porch overlooking the backyard and off-street parking area. There's a laundromat only half a block away! This is a second-floor apartment.

The rent is $1,200/month, which includes water, sewer, garbage removal, professional pest control, and maintenance. We require the first month's rent at lease signing. We do NOT require the last month's rent at lease signing; instead, we ask for a security deposit of $2,400. We do perform a background and rental history check. The application fee is $95 per adult. The leasing fee is $75.

Pets are welcome! We require a $200 non-refundable pet fee for any pets. No pet rents!
