I have a tenant that may need a roomate by June 1. The house is divided in half with 2 bedrooms in front and 1 in back. Room for rent will be in front part of the house which has its on dining, living room, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. House has been updated, painted and shiplaped recently. Front half of house can be accessed directly from front or the back of house. Each bedroom has a solid door with lockable door (key lock). You will be provided a key to house and 1 to your bedroom.

Ample parking, on site washer and dryer . House is close to lake yard and down town. There is tenant in back 1/2 of house who has 2 support dogs, who don’t work well with cats or other dogs. Utilities and furniture are included. Everyone at the house must assist with yardwork or pay extra. Landlord has provided equipment.
