This unit also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience, fiber optic internet, water, sewer and pest control, trash are included in monthly rent, a community pool and tanning deck and a back patio with extra storage closet. Casablanca East is a quiet community located right by campus, hospitals and convenient to shopping, restaurants and bus #9.

Qualifications for Residency:
Applicants must have a combined monthly household income of at least three times the rent, a credit score of 600 or higher, and pass a background check. Prior evictions or landlord claims may disqualify an application.

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome with breed restrictions (please call for details).

Pet application required through PetScreening (application fees apply).

Pets under 1 year: $250 refundable deposit + $150 non-refundable fee (total $400).

Pets 1 year or older: $150 refundable deposit + $150 non-refundable fee (total $300).

Move-In Costs:

$40 application fee per adult and cosigner

$700 security deposit

Full first month’s rent due at move-in
