Kitchen will be fully equipped with garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator and electric range. Casablanca West is a quiet community located right by campus, hospitals and convenient to shopping, restaurants and bus #9.

Qualifications for Residency:
To qualify for residency, you will need a monthly household income of at least three times the rent, a credit score of 600 or higher, and must pass a background check. Any prior evictions or landlord claims may disqualify you.
