Pet Deposits and Fees:

For pets under 1 year old: A refundable deposit of $250, plus a non-refundable $150 pet fee, totaling $400.
For pets 1 year or older: A refundable deposit of $150, plus a non-refundable $150 pet fee, totaling $300.
Monthly Pet rent per pet is $25.

Our move-in process is simple and straightforward, with an application fee of just $40 per adult and cosigner, a $700 security deposit, and the full first month's rent.
