The rental fee of $550 includes a private bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet in a shared housing unit. Each bedroom contains a full size bed, desk and chair. The unit is equipped with all kitchen appliances, including washer/dryer and the living room is fully furnished. Utility expenses for electric and water are divided and billed evenly among all tenants each month. Internet is currently being provided through the community association and is included in the monthly rental fee. Contemporary vinyl plank flooring is installed throughout the unit. The covered balcony has a view of the basketball courts and the gym. The community has plenty of open parking and covered city bus stops are just outside with direct routes to multiple UF Campus locations and hospitals.
