This rental includes a private bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet in a shared housing unit. Each bedroom contains a full size bed, desk and chair. The unit is equipped with all kitchen appliances, including washer/dryer and the living room is fully furnished. Rental fees include a $50 allowance toward utilities.
