2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.

-Refundable Security Deposit: $1,900
-Air filter fee of $120 (12 air filters will be left in the unit for you to change every month)
