1) Each tenant and co-signer fill out and submit a credit/criminal background check application. The cost is $60/person. *If you have your credit frozen, please un-freeze it so we can run a credit check. If you fail to do so, an additional application fee will be applied. Application fees are never refunded.
2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.
