USPS will provide three keys to each apartment and the location of the parcel box for your convenience.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at North Pointe Villas, with breed restrictions. Please call for details. A pet application is required and can be submitted through PetScreening. Applicants will be subject to fees for the pet application through PetScreening.
Pet Deposits and Fees:
For pets under 1 year old: A refundable deposit of $250, plus a non-refundable $150 pet fee, totaling $400.
For pets 1 year or older: A refundable deposit of $150, plus a non-refundable $150 pet fee, totaling $300.
Monthly Pet rent per pet is $25.
Our move-in process is simple and straightforward, with an application fee of just $40 per adult and cosigner, a $500 security deposit, and the full first month's rent.
