A fully renovated 2/1 unit is available for immediate rent. Renovations are complete, including new tile floors, resurfaced kitchen, updated bathrooms, and fresh paint inside and out. The monthly rent is $950.
Move-in requirements: First month’s rent and one deposit, totaling $1,900. If the applicant comes from Section 8 housing, only one deposit is required.
Applications are completed online at a cost of $55 per person over 18. The application process includes checks for background, evictions, and income. If paying out-of-pocket, an income requirement of at least 3x the rent applies.
