Our price includes your water, sewer, valet trash, pest control and a full size washer and dryer. Our open concept apartments have stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and cherry wood cabinets. Some of our apartments have vinyl planked floors and others have rugs and tile floors. Our security deposit starts out at $200.00 (based on your credit score) and we have a $25.00 application fees per adult.



Our shortest lease is for 12 months. All you will need is:



**A Photo ID of everyone 18 years and older

**Fill out an Application

**One months’ worth of pay stubs

**Make 2.5 times the total rent before Taxes

**If you have a pet, there is a one-time pet fee of $250.00 (No pet rent)
