Our price includes your water, sewer, valet trash, pest control, and a full-size washer and dryer. Our open-concept apartments have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cherry wood cabinets. Some of our apartments have vinyl-planked floors and others have rugs and tile floors. Our security deposit starts out at $200.00 (based on your credit score) and we have a $25.00 application fee per adult.

Our shortest lease is for 12 months. All you will need is:

**A Photo ID of everyone 18 years and older

**Fill out an Application

**One month’s worth of pay stubs

**Make 2.5 times the total rent before Taxes

**If you have a pet, there is a one-time pet fee of $250.00 (No pet rent)
