be at least 2.5 times the amount of the rent monthly (1900.00 X 2.5 =
4750.00) with your debts no more than 45% to 50% of your NET
income. Proof of consecutive employment of 1 year minimum required
(Not limited to Florida and doesn't have to be the same employer).
There is a 75.00 application fee per adult occupant for background &
credit check and a 75,00 annual Administration Fee. No Pets are being
accepted at this time. Smoking is not permitted. Association Rules and
Regulations available upon request. There is an additional application
process through the association for background check @ 75.00 per
adult applicant.
