All floor plans include a monthly Resort Amenity Fee, ranging from $225 to $305 depending on the layout. This fee covers water, electric, trash, sewer, Wi-Fi, and cable. Plus, you'll be automatically enrolled in our Tenant Benefits Program!

PLEASE NOTE: The application fee is non-refundable. All individuals 18 and older who will be living at the property must apply. Listing Real Estate Management conducts credit, eviction, background, employment, and rental history checks. We advise against applying if you have a credit score below 550, prior evictions, or a poor rental history. All tenants are automatically enrolled in our Tenant Benefits Package ($49/month).
