Renter's insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 is required, with plans starting at $12 per month (varies by provider). If a washer and dryer are included, they are provided as-is without warranty. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs are allowed (if applicable), with a $30 pet screening fee per animal.
