The main house is a 3/2, with a large living room, sun room, formal dining room and kitchen.Primary bedroom is on the first floor and has its own bathroom. If you'd like me to pay for the utilities, then the monthly rent will be $5600.00. If you would like a lease that's less than a year, we can discuss it. The primary room has two full/queen size beds, with mattresses, and the guest bedroom also has two full/queen-size beds with mattresses. One of the bedrooms (small) is on the 2nd floor, which can double as an office. There is a bed already installed. There are two full bathroom with showers downstairs. There is also a laundry room, side yard and driveway. Pets are allowed, with a $350 nonrefundable fee, and must be approved by landlord. 1 car in driveway, and plenty of on-street permit parking. Buena Vista East is a beautiful neighborhood, pedestrian friendly, within 5 minutes walking to the Miami Design District, downtown, Midtown and surrounded by many restaurants. **** The reason the rent is so low is because there's construction next door. Hours for construction: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., but the workers leave by 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Saturday. No Sunday construction work allowed. There's very little noise.
