No motorized boats are allowed, keeping the lake and it's surroundings unspoiled, but row boats, kayaks, canoes and such are welcome! We have made several improvements to the interior and exterior including a newer Roof and newer AC. Property features multi-car easy parking, cathedral ceiling, and beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout the house. Also has thermal double-pane windows, and a separate well to reduce lawn maintenance costs. The screened enclosed porch has built-in roll-up hideaway storm shutters.

$80 application fee per adult

$100 lease administrative fee, if approved, charged on lease start date.

Pets accepted at owner's discretion based upon breed and temperament and with monthly pet fee. Current breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Pit Bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bulldog), German Shepherds, Akitas, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff Breed, Malamutes, Cane Corso, Husky, Chow-chow, Any Wolf Hybrid and Great Danes.
