Home is located on quiet no thru street with cul-de-sac. Very comfortable 3 bedroom plus 2 full baths and 2 half baths and a 1 car garage. Welcoming foyer to the light and bright living area that is comfortably furnished, thru out downstairs has lovely terracotta floor tile. Sliders off living room open up to the gorgeous private back patio with some sun and some shade. Kitchen has all appliances, pantry and coffee bar area too! Ground Floor Master Suite with King Bed and walk in closet. Master Bathroom has been remodeled with Double sinks and walk in shower. Also downstairs is a guest half bath along with indoor laundry room. Upstairs features Bedroom 2 with a double bed and single, Bedroom 3 features double Bed. Jack and Jill style Bathrooms separate the 2 Guest Bedrooms, each room has it's own sink and lavatory. Shared but private shower/tub combo in between the 2. Sleeps 6 comfortably! Electric and Water included up to $200 / month for less than 6 mo rental. WiFi and Basic Cable included. Additionally, Florida sales / resort 12.5% tax on rent, cleaning fee and admin fee is due.
