RENTER QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have a minimum verifiable gross income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent amount, including any additional monthly charges such as pet fees. Each applicant should have at least two years of verifiable rental or mortgage history in good standing. The average credit score of all applicants must exceed 599, and there must be no unresolved collection accounts. Certain felony convictions within the past two years are prohibited, specifically those related to violence, firearms, sexual offenses, or drug manufacturing/distribution. HOA TERMS: No HOA.

INCLUDED: Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the home. Water, electricity, and trash are the tenant's responsibility. Lawn care is included in the rent. Boat lift usage not included.
