We rent “By-The-Room”, which means an individual lease for you. Our residents can live in a shared apartment with roommates without the stress of renting an entire apartment. Individual leases allow us to split the rent making each resident responsible only for their portion of rent. Everything such as water, sewer, trash, landscaping, internet, wi-fi and Smart TV is included.

If you have a roommate that you would like to live with, just let us  know and we’ll do our best to put you in the same house. Feel free to contact us to see what’s available.

The rental rates start at $645 and the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, both are due at move-in but just the security deposit is required to hold the room. Cleaning of the common areas is a shared responsibility and everyone is responsible for their own rooms.
