Included in your rental are 2 door keys, 1 mailbox key, 2 fobs, and 2 (unassigned) parking passes (you can purchase extra parking passes (for $6/night or $100/month)), and all utilities (electricity, water, sewer, and storm service) are included but with an $85 cap.
The building and each unit come with many amenities such as cable and internet, a fully furnished unit (Washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge, garbage disposal, fully stocked kitchen, etc.), gym on property available 24/7, fob with floor-specific settings, gate with a private parking garage, and a front desk staff available to you on weekdays from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Here is an example of the charges for a 10-12 month lease:
Move-In Charges:
- First month rent (prorated, if applicable) = $4200
- Security Deposit = $4200
- Cleaning Fee = $175 (we charge this at the beginning but it is to cover the cleaning after your checkout!)

Monthly Charges:

- Utility Overages (if any! Up to $85 of the utilities are included in your rental each month. If you happen to go over the $85, the difference will be charged to your account!)
