The Timbers

Looking for one grad student or young professional to fill 1 room in a 3/3 townhouse.  The townhouse is located in the Timbers neighborhood about 7 minutes away from FSU.  Osceola bus route at the entrance. The neighborhood has 2 swimming pools and a volleyball court directly behind the unit.  There is also a tennis court near by.  

Lease begins August 2024 - July 2025. Rent is $675.00 per room with Wifi included.  Utilities - electricity and water usually runs around ~ $70.00 to $80.00 per month.  Shared space will be fully furnished and the open room is located on the second level.  Each room also has its own bathroom and there is a washer and dryer in unit.  

The one room upstairs is occupied by a female young professional who works from home, so we are looking for someone who is neat and not too noisy.  The bottom room will be occupied by a FSU grad student beginning August. 

Application fee (credit/background check) $45.00 per applicant.  Security Deposit $500.00
