Every detail is well-thought for you, step inside to find a cozy environment that includes a fully furnished kitchen with two burner stove top, mini fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker and all cooking utensils needed. Living room is furnished with a sofa-bed, TV, floor lamp, breakfast wall table and bar stools. A storage closet is equipped with memory foam mattress top, iron and iron board. Upstairs you will enjoy a cozy bedroom with full size bed, memory foam mattress top, wall lamps with USB charger and power switch control. Enjoy the completely fenced deck, this outdoor space is the designated smoking area. Parking space in front of the main gate.
We will lease to one person, college students are allowed to apply, we require parents to sign the rental agreement if the student does not meet income requirements. The monthly rent ($1,400) includes: electricity, water, high speed internet (FIOS 2 Gig). Background check and proof of income are required. Tours and walk-thorughs are scheduled upon request, call/text us to book. The tiny house is completely furnished, a murphy bed will be added on the first floor by the end of December.You'll love being close to top dining, shopping, and entertainment while still enjoying a peaceful residential neighborhood.
There is a one time $125 Tenant Processing Fee due before moving in along with rent and deposit. Lease it for $1,400 per month. Rent includes all utilities (water/sewage/electricity/garbage) and high speed internet. Deposit is $700.
