The tiny house is a stand alone building, with privacy fence around its whole perimeter, private gate and a back deck.This property is available for long or short term stays beginning February 3, 2026. We will lease to one person, college students are allowed to apply, we require parents to sign the rental agreement if the student does not meet income requirements. The monthly rent ($1,400) includes: electricity, water, high speed internet (FIOS 2 Gig). Deposit ($700) and first month rent required at time of signing the lease. Rent id due before the 5th day of each month. Background check and proof of income are required. Property is located in a residential area, no parties allowed and quiet time is 9:30 PM Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM Friday & Saturday. Tours and walk-thorughs are scheduled on weekends, call/text us to book. The tiny house is completely furnished, a murphy bed will be added on the first floor by the end of December.
