The Villages offers 62 golf courses, 277 pickleball courts, 265 bocce courts, 261 shuffleboard courts and 14 softball fields. There are currently 125 recreation facilities centers, 110 pools, and 9 dog parks. The activities are endless: pickleball, water volleyball, golf, ping pong, tennis, quilting clubs, line dancing, archery, fishing, fitness classes and more than 3,000 resident-led clubs. Live music is offered daily in each of the 4 town squares.

Conveniently located between Lake Sumter and Brownwood Paddock Squares so you have easy access to restaurants, shops and nightly live music and entertainment. You can get to Brownwood by golf cart in less than 5 minutes (behind Eisenhower Rec Center).

Living room has a power reclining sofa (very comfortable) and 65" TV. There is also additional seating for up to 4 guests available.

Dining area includes a round glass top table that seats 4, plus 4 bar stools. The 6' x 5' wall mirror makes the home feel more spacious, and will serve well for exercise enthusiasts.

Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances - dishes, cookware, coffee maker, air fryer, crock pot and many other kitchen appliances/tools/utensils provided.

Large Master BR Suite - King bed, dresser, end tables and TV - Large walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and shelf space, iron and ironing board - Adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower.

2nd BR has queen bed, dresser, and tv.

3rd BR is located off hallway with pocket door for privacy - futon, desk, and tv provided.

Lanai has a table for 6, plus seating for 4. Additional tables are provided outside which will accommodate 8. New gas grill included.

1 car garage, plus golf car garage. Driveway parking also available.

Laundry Room with front load washer and dryer.

Linens and towels, including beach towels, provided.

Walking distance to heated pool with tennis, shuffleboard, cornhole, bocce, pickleball, and golf courses.
