Pet Fee: 1 pet $350 nonrefundable fee and 2 pets $550 nonrefundable, plus a monthly Pet Rent of $25 per month, per pet (SA/ESA exempt)
SMOKING: Non-smoking
MOVE IN FEE: First month, plus $375 non refundable admin fee
HOLD FEE: One month
