Athens Highlands Qualifying Criteria is Firm:
Application fee is $50.00 per person --- Security Deposit starts at $300/$450 based on credit score of 600 or higher and proof of income of 3 times the rent and rental history. *Please make sure you check your credit score before filling out an application. Income of 3 times the rent does not include overtime hours. In addition to credit check we also run a background check. We don't allow co-signers. We allow Guarantor's for college students only - then the Guarantor would have to qualify and a background check done on the applicant. Non-Refundable Pet Fee $300 under 35lbs / $400 over 35lbs.
