Per HOA requirements, a non-refundable $350 move-in fee and a $500 refundable deposit are required prior to move-in. Saturday moves are allowed only with prior approval and require an additional $500 non-refundable fee. All moves must be scheduled through the concierge and take place Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm. All moving companies must be licensed and insured, and a certificate of insurance must be provided to building management in advance.
