All applicants must make 3.5 times the rent, and provide One current month's proof of income
( 3-4 check stubs), the last 3 months Bank Statements, a copy of Ga. State ID, and Social Security Card. If there are more than two applicants applying incomes cannot be combined. All applicants must meet the same requirements.

All documents must be uploaded at the same time the application is completed.

All dependents under 18 will also need their Social Security Card, Age, and Birthdate.

A $200 admin fee is due at the time of applying, and a $62.50 non-refundable application fee per adult 18 & up is due at the time of applying. Security deposits are based on rental history and credit.

Dogs 25 lbs & under are allowed, any dogs over 25 lbs are NOT ALLOWED. NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ALLOWED. A pet deposit of $800.00 is due at the time of move-in. Must provide shot records, and all documents must be uploaded at the same time the application is being submitted.
