Qualification Requirements
• Credit Score: 610 or higher credit score is required
• Income: 3.5x the rent ($4,182.50+) combined monthly household income
• Rental History: No evictions within the past 5 years and no unpaid rent/utilities
• Background check required
• ALL pets/animals must be included on the application
• Housing vouchers and rental assistance are not accepted
