Conveniently located less than 1 mile from Deans Bridge Road, just over a mile from Bobby Jones Expressway (I-520) and Peach Orchard Road, approximately 10 minutes to Fort Eisenhower Gate #1, and 15 minutes to the downtown medical district. Shopping, dining, and major thoroughfares are all nearby.

APPLICATION INFORMATION:
Application Fee: $85 per adult (non-refundable)
Admin Fees totaling $120 will be due with first month’s rent
Every adult (18+) must submit a separate application

The home can only be held for up to 2 weeks from the date of application approval.

PET POLICY:
• Up to 2 pets/animals maximum (accepted on a case-by-case basis).
• Pet Fee: $300 upfront, nonrefundable, per pet.
• Pet Rent: $30 per month per pet (nonrefundable).
• Responsibility: Tenants are monetarily responsible for all damages caused by pets.
• Pets/Animals: ALL must be disclosed on the original application, including service/support animals.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3.5x the rent in combined monthly income ($2,537.50 or more each month)
Minimum credit score of 575
Verified & approved rental/residential history
**A criminal background check will be completed**

NEXT STEPS IF APPROVED:
Security deposit must be paid via bank-certified check or money order within 48 hours of approval
Lease must be signed within 48 hours to secure the property
