Pets may be permitted at Brexley Manor subject to prior written approval, completion of any required pet screening or application, and payment of all applicable pet fees, pet rent, deposits, and charges. All pets must comply with community rules, local ordinances, vaccination requirements, licensing requirements, and leash laws.Management reserves the right to approve or deny any pet based on size, breed, temperament, behavior, history of aggression, noise, sanitation concerns, or other factors affecting the health, safety, quiet enjoyment, or property of residents, guests, staff, or the community.The following dog breeds, including mixes containing any portion of these breeds, are not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law: Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Mastiff, Wolf Hybrid, or any animal with a documented history of aggressive behavior.Exotic animals, farm animals, reptiles, venomous animals, and animals deemed dangerous or unsuitable for residential living are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by management.Residents are responsible for their pets at all times, including any damage, injury, noise complaints, odors, waste removal, or disturbances caused by the pet. Pets must be leashed or properly restrained in common areas and may not be left unattended outside the home, on patios, balconies, garages, or community grounds.Unauthorized pets, failure to disclose a pet, violation of this policy, or failure to maintain required documentation may result in fees, removal of the pet, lease enforcement action, and/or termination of tenancy, subject to applicable law.This policy does not apply to approved assistance animals, service animals, or emotional support animals as required by applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Requests for reasonable accommodation will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
