We are empty nesters looking to rent out an unused bedroom with a private bath in our home. It is on the second floor so you need to be comfortable using stairs. We have a nice back deck and a fire pit area. The tenant would have access to the kitchen and appliances. Other common areas available are the living room and dining room area. I work from home. We have a kitty named Frosty. We are close to shopping and restaurants. We are about 20-30 minutes from Kennesaw and Marietta and about 45-60 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The room itself has a small refrigerator, TV, king size bed, full dresser, desk and chair, night stand and private closet. Washer and dryer are across the hall and available to be used.
