This is a middle unit 2-bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse located in Grovetown, GA! The floorplan offers spacious living areas, wood plank flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, generous storage space, and a washer and dryer included. Additional amenities include a covered patio space, rentable self-storage units and garages, and off-street parking. The property also has a dog park and dog wash station!

Move In Fees include the full first months rent and the $200 lease processing fee. The security deposit of $500.00 will be due at move in. Additional monthly fees include $40 water/trash, $55 Resident Benefit Package, and $65 WCFiber internet.

The Resident’s Benefit Package includes HVAC filter delivery, credit building, renter’s insurance, identity protection, and resident rewards. This package is only $50 a month! If you choose to provide your own renter's insurance, that price will be reduced to $39.05 per month.

To qualify, anyone ages 18 years and older must apply. Applications are $100, non-refundable. We require that the monthly gross income be three times the monthly rent. We also conduct a full credit and background checks on all applicants while looking for any previous evictions, bankruptcies, or outstanding balances owed. Must have a minimum credit score of 580. Once your application(s) is approved, you can pay the first month’s rent and a $200 administrative processing fee to reserve the home.
