No pets, no smoking and no parties. Rent is month to month with a 30 day notice to vacate. First month $950 and security deposit $950 due at signing of lease. Rent includes all utilities, wifi, mini fridge with freezer supplied in room but meals to be eaten downstairs, use of washer and dryer, 1 off street parking space on driveway provided. Looking for responsible adult who is clean, quiet, neat and tidy. I have a small dog who has no access to upstairs rental room. She does not tolerate other dogs or cats so no pets allowed. Must have good credit and pass a criminal background check. Tenant agrees to leave room in good clean condition. If not a $125 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit along with monies to cover damages, if any.
