*The total monthly cost of the Resident Benefits Package is all-inclusive, and no discounts will be given if any element of the package is unavailable. Except for liability insurance billed at $10.95 per month, the Resident Benefits Package will be provided with the first month at no cost to the tenant, with subsequent months in the lease term billed at $29.00 per month, plus $10.95 per month for liability insurance if enrolled. All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the Resident Benefits Package Lease Addendum.
